                  诺维信和勃林格殷格翰宣布家禽益生菌领域战略合作

                  2017年3月30日:勃林格殷格翰动物健康部与诺维信宣布将在家禽产品益生菌的研发和市场销售领域进行战略合作。双方将重点关注孵化场的产品研发(孵化场即在小鸡送往农场之前将蛋孵化出来的地方)。作为协议的一部分,勃林格殷格翰将负责诺维信产品FloraMax?在美国家禽市场的推广和分销。勃林格殷格翰计划在未来几年中将其推展至全球其他市场。  


                  Codexis宣布与Tate&Lyle针对食品工业酶开展第二个多年协议
                  2017年3月31日:Codexis宣布就一种食品工业酶与全球食品配料公司达成第二个多年协议。Codexis称,这个新的协议涵盖了其公司支持Tate&Lyle食品成分新型酶的研究和开发。根据这个研发协议,针对Codexis之前独立开发的酶技术改进,Tate&Lyle将会在2017年第二季度的支付给Codexis一笔款;并且在未来的两三年中,Tate&Lyle也会也会支付固定的研发服务费和里程碑费用。另外,Codexis以每股4美元的价格提供了550万股普通股的二次发行,扣除费用后估计增加了2020万美元。

                   

                  Amyris宣布与Blue California在中国独家生产协议

                  2017年4月8日:Amyris宣布扩大其与Phyto Tech Corp(D/B/A “Blue California”)的合作关系范围。Blue California位于加利福尼亚南部,是全球食品、调料和香料原料与保健品的领导者。
